1. About Replyfold
Replyfold is a browser-based tool that groups similar customer questions from a list you paste in, shows you how often each group appears, and lets you write and export one answer per group. Replyfold is a product of Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
The tool runs entirely in your browser. No data you paste is sent to any server. The tool makes zero network calls. No account, sign-in, or registration is required to use it.
2. Your Use of the Service
You may use Replyfold for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you paste into the tool and for any answers you write and distribute using it. You may not use Replyfold to store, process, or generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
3. Intellectual Property
Replyfold — including its code, design, logo, and brand — is owned by Agen2ic, LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the tool for your own business or personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the tool itself. Any content you create using Replyfold (your answer library, FAQ drafts, groupings) belongs to you.
4. Billing
Current status: Replyfold is free. No billing is active. No payment information is requested or collected. The tool operates without accounts, subscriptions, or usage limits.
If and when paid tiers or one-time purchases are introduced, this section will be updated at least 30 days before any charges apply. Existing users will be notified via a notice on the website and — where a contact method exists — directly. The billing terms that apply at the time of purchase or subscription will govern that transaction.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Replyfold is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The grouping functionality is approximate and statistical — it may merge questions that should be separate or fail to merge questions that belong together. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting groups before using them. We do not guarantee that the tool will be available at all times, that it is error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agen2ic, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Replyfold or any content you create with it. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us to use Replyfold (which, as of the date of these terms, is zero).
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Replyfold after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Replyfold shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
