DOCUMENTATION

What Replyfold does, how to use it, and what it will not do.

Replyfold is a browser-based tool (coming soon) that groups similar customer questions so you can write one answer per group instead of replying to the same question in ten different phrasings. This page documents the planned capabilities — the tool is in active development and not yet launched.

COMING SOON — THIS DOCUMENTS THE PLANNED PRODUCT, NOT A SHIPPED ONE.

01 / WHAT IT DOES

Replyfold finds the pattern in what customers keep asking.

Your customers ask the same few questions every day — just in different words. "Where is my order?", "Has my package shipped?", "Tracking number?" — these are not three separate problems. They are one question asked three ways. Replyfold is designed to see past the phrasing and group what belongs together.

Core function

Browser-only, zero-server design

Replyfold runs entirely in your browser. Pasted text never leaves the page — zero network calls. No account, no login, no registration. Data lives in browser memory for the current tab only; refresh and it is gone. Download your library before closing the tab.

02 / HOW TO USE IT

Planned workflow — from a messy inbox to a tidy answer library.

This is the planned workflow. Replyfold is in development and not yet available for use.

  1. Copy your questions

Open your support tool — Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Intercom, email client, or chat. Export a CSV of recent tickets, or copy the question text directly. One question per line works best.

Tip: Export the subject line column from your helpdesk as a CSV. Replyfold will detect and read the question column automatically.

  2. Paste or upload

Paste your questions directly into the text area on the app page, or upload a CSV file. The tool will read each line as a separate question. Import time is expected to take under 2 seconds for a typical week's worth of questions (50–500 items).

  3. Review the groups

Replyfold will display groups of similar questions. Each group card shows a count badge and the exact questions inside it. A similarity slider lets you tighten or loosen the grouping threshold. You can:

    • Split a group — if it contains questions that are not really the same, split off the ones that belong elsewhere.
    • Merge two groups — if Replyfold treated separate phrasings as different groups, combine them.
    • Rename a group — give it a label that makes sense to you (e.g. "Order tracking" instead of the auto-generated label).

These manual adjustments are expected, not a workaround. Only you know your customers.

  4. Write one answer per group

For each group, write the single best answer that covers every phrasing in it. Replyfold keeps your answer alongside the questions it addresses. You write every answer yourself — the tool does not generate them.

  5. Export and use

Download your answer library as a CSV file or an FAQ Markdown draft. Paste the answers back into your support tool. One answer now covers every question in that group — instead of typing ten variations each day.

Important: Everything lives in browser memory. Download your library before you close the tab. There is no server-side save.

03 / WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO

The tool will not claim more than it can deliver.

Will not connect to your inbox

Replyfold does not read your email, chat history, or helpdesk. You copy and paste deliberately — with intention. No API keys, no OAuth, no integration setup. Your data never leaves your machine.

Will not write answers for you

No AI generates replies. You know your product and your customers. The tool organises; you write. A wrong answer sent to a paying customer is worse than a slow one, and no algorithm knows your business the way you do.

Will not save between sessions

Everything lives in browser memory for the current tab. Refresh the page and it is gone. That is by design — no account, no login, no server, no cloud storage. Download your library before you close the tab.

Will not guarantee perfect grouping

Automated grouping uses text similarity heuristics, not semantic understanding. Two questions that sound alike to a human may not share enough character patterns to cluster correctly. That is why every group can be split, merged, and renamed by hand.

Will not send email or notifications

Replyfold does not send email, alerts, digests, or reminders. There is no backend mail system. Contact via replyfold-p1@agen2ic.ai goes to a human inbox.

Will not charge you today

Replyfold will be free during its initial release — no account, no trial, no credit card required. A Pro plan with team workspaces is in development but not yet built or priced. The core tool is intended to remain free.

04 / HONEST LIMITATIONS

What is not built, what is mocked, and what will always be approximate.

Not launched yet

Replyfold is in active development. The site describes planned capabilities. There is no downloadable application or live tool at this time. The "Coming soon" badge is the current state.

No application page built

There is no /app page and no app.js shipped. The grouping logic, similarity slider, CSV import, and export features have not been implemented. They are described on the homepage as planned functionality.

No pricing page

The /pricing page does not exist. Pricing information on the homepage is placeholder text. A pricing decision and payment processor connection are blocking this.

Prototype performance targets

The quoted grouping speed ("under 2 seconds") and capacity ("50–500 questions") are based on local prototype measurements. Actual browser performance will vary by device, question length, and browser version.

Pro plan not built

Team workspaces, shared libraries, and version history are named as planned Pro features but have not been built, scoped, or priced. No timeline exists for them.

Browser-only — no mobile app

Replyfold is designed as a desktop browser tool. There is no mobile app, no offline mode beyond what the browser provides, and no native client for any platform.

05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions about the tool.

When will Replyfold be available?

Replyfold is currently in active development. There is no announced launch date yet. The website describes the planned capabilities. To stay informed, check back on this site or email us.

Do I need an account?

No. Replyfold requires no account, no login, and no registration. You open the page, paste your questions, and work. No data is stored on any server.

Does Replyfold use AI?

Replyfold uses text similarity heuristics to group questions — it does not use large language models or any form of generative AI to write answers. You write every answer yourself. This is a deliberate design choice.

Can I use it offline?

Once the page loads, Replyfold runs entirely in browser memory with no network calls. If you save the page or use a local development copy, it may work without an internet connection after the initial load. This has not been tested as a feature.

What browsers are supported?

Replyfold targets modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). Internet Explorer is not supported.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email replyfold-p1@agen2ic.ai with "Bug report" or "Feature request" in the subject line. A real person reads every message.
