SUPPORT TOOL

Same question, different words.
Group and answer once.

Your customers ask the same three questions every day — just phrased differently. When Replyfold launches, you will paste them in, see which ones are really the same, and write one answer per group. No AI. No server. No noise.

COMING SOON — IN DEVELOPMENT

01 / THE SAME QUESTIONS, ASKED DIFFERENTLY

Your customers don't ask new questions. They ask the same ones in different words.

"Where is my order?", "Has my package shipped?", "Tracking number?" — these are not three separate problems. They are one question, asked three ways. Replyfold is being designed to see past the phrasing and group what belongs together.

You will paste in last week's questions — from email, chat logs, or a CSV export from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout or Intercom. Replyfold will scan the text, find the ones that are really the same, and show you every group with its count. You will see at a glance which questions are eating your day.

It is made for support people, solo operators, and anyone whose inbox fills with the same few questions every morning.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

Three steps from a messy inbox to a tidy answer library.

This is the planned workflow — not yet available, but being built now.

  1. Paste your questions

Copy your customer questions from your support tool, email client, or chat — one per line. Or upload a CSV export from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, or Intercom. Replyfold will read the subject or question column automatically. Everything stays in your browser.

  2. See what belongs together

Replyfold will group the questions that are really asking the same thing. Each group will show its exact questions and a count. A similarity slider will let you tune how tightly or loosely questions group. You will be able to split groups that are too broad or merge ones that belong together — because only you know your customers.

  3. Write once. Export. Done.

For each group, write one clear answer. Replyfold will keep it next to the questions it covers. When you are done, download the whole library as a CSV or an FAQ Markdown draft. Paste your answers back into your support tool. One answer replaces ten variations.

03 / WHAT A RESULT LOOKS LIKE

A worked example, with real questions you would recognise.

Paste these twelve questions — these are typical examples you might see in a support inbox — into the tool:

Where is my order?
Has my package shipped?
Tracking number?
I need a refund
Can I get my money back?
How do I reset my password?
I forgot my password
What's your return policy?
Can I return this item?
Shipping cost?
How much is delivery?

Replyfold will group them into:

3 TRACKING

"Where is my order?", "Has my package shipped?", "Tracking number?"

2 REFUNDS

"I need a refund", "Can I get my money back?"

2 PASSWORDS

"How do I reset my password?", "I forgot my password"

4 SHIPPING & RETURNS

"What's your return policy?", "Can I return this item?", "Shipping cost?", "How much is delivery?"

Four groups. Four answers. Instead of twelve separate replies. That is what Replyfold will do — and it is being built right now.

04 / WHAT IT WILL NOT DO

The one thing this tool will not do is claim more than it can.

Will not connect to your inbox

Replyfold does not read your email, chat history, or helpdesk. You copy and paste — deliberately, with intention. Your data never leaves your machine.

Will not write answers for you

No AI generates replies. You know your product and your customers. The tool organises; you write. A wrong answer is worse than no answer, and no algorithm knows your business the way you do.

Will not save between sessions

Everything lives in browser memory for the current tab. Refresh the page and it is gone. That is by design — no account, no login, no server. Download your library before you close the tab.

Will not claim perfect grouping

Automated grouping is approximate. Two questions that sound alike to a human may not share enough character patterns to cluster. That is why every group can be split, merged, and renamed by hand.

05 / WHY NOT LET AI WRITE THE ANSWERS?

Because a wrong answer sent to a paying customer is worse than a slow one.

AI tools can guess what a good answer looks like. They can even sound convincing. But they do not know your refund policy, your shipping cutoff times, or the password reset flow your team decided on last Tuesday.

Replyfold's position is deliberate: the machine does the tedious work (finding what is the same), and the human does the skilled work (writing what is true). Your customers deserve the second one.

If you want a tool that writes answers for you, Replyfold is not it — and it says so on the page, not in the small print.

06 / ONE TOOL, ONE PRICE

A tool that groups your questions, with no tiers and no limits.

Replyfold will be free for everyone — unlimited questions, CSV imports, all grouping features, all exports. No account, no trial, no credit card. Pricing has not been finalised yet; when it is, the details will appear here.

A Pro plan is in development that will add team workspaces, shared libraries, and version history — features that genuinely need a server. Those are not available today.

07 / WHAT IT DELIVERS

Planned capabilities for when Replyfold launches.

50–500 EXPECTED QUESTIONS PER SESSION
<2s EXPECTED TIME TO GROUP A WEEK OF MAIL
0 NETWORK CALLS MADE — NOT A SINGLE ONE

These are expected performance characteristics based on local prototype measurements. Actual performance may vary. The tool is designed to work entirely in your browser with zero network calls.

SOMETHING TO TAKE WITH YOU

Make your inbox quieter, one group at a time.

Your customers keep asking. When Replyfold launches, you will be able to see exactly what they are asking about — and cover it all with fewer, better answers.
