02 / WHY FREE
Replyfold runs in your browser. There is no server to pay for, no storage to bill, no account to maintain.
The tool has zero server-side infrastructure. It is a static page with client-side JavaScript. A subscription would charge you for months of a service that does not need servers, databases, or ongoing operations. Charging per use would require accounts and payment processing that contradict the tool's core promise: your data never leaves the page.
So Replyfold is free — and that is the honest price for what the architecture delivers today.
If the product is extended with server-side features in the future (team workspaces, shared libraries, saved history), a paid tier will be introduced for those capabilities. The core browser tool is intended to remain free.
03 / FUTURE PAID TIER
A Pro plan is in consideration for server-backed features — not yet built, not yet priced.
If the product's architecture is extended to include accounts, a backend, and persistent storage, the following features are being evaluated for a paid plan:
- Team workspaces — shared libraries visible to your whole support team
- Saved history — every batch you have run, with your answers, accessible across sessions
- Version history — see how your answers have evolved and revert when needed
Not available today. These features need accounts and a server — neither of which is part of the current product. No timeline exists for them. Until then, the full core tool is free.
04 / WHAT THE FREE PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE
The free plan is the full product — but the full product has honest boundaries.
No accounts or sign-in
Everything lives in browser memory for the current tab. Refresh and it is gone. This is by design — not a limitation you can pay to remove. Download your library before closing the tab.
No server-side features
The product makes zero network calls. Team workspaces, shared libraries, and saved history need a server backend that does not exist yet. A Pro plan for those is in consideration but not built.
No AI-generated answers
The tool organises your questions; you write every answer. An AI-written answer is worse than no answer if it tells a customer the wrong thing, and no algorithm knows your business.
No email integration
Replyfold does not connect to any inbox, read email, or send replies. You paste questions in and download results. Integration with helpdesk tools is done through CSV import and manual copy-paste.

As stated in the terms of service: Replyfold is currently free. No billing is active. No payment information is requested or collected. The tool operates without accounts, subscriptions, or usage limits.
If and when paid tiers or one-time purchases are introduced, terms will be updated at least 30 days before any charges apply.
